Shane Goodwin and Tim Sullivan founded Argus Capital Partners to serve
the growing need of middle market companies. As Wall Street continues to scale back in both personnel and as a provider of capital, there is an increasing need for experienced, trusted advisors to deliver high-quality strategic advice and to provide creative financing solutions for companies. The senior partners of Argus Capital average over 15 years of investment banking and legal advisory experience across hundreds of M&A transactions and complex financings. Having spent their careers advising clients and developing deep relationships on Wall Street —most recently as senior investment bankers with Goldman, Sachs & Co. — they recognize this as a pivotal moment in time to leverage their experience to deliver advice and capital to their broad network of relationships.
